Mizíkí ya (Lingala for "Music of") is a national selection process for DR Congo in the Own Africavision Song Contest. The first edition took place in preparation for the Own Africavision Song Contest 2. A total of 4 editions have been held.

Radio-Télévision nationale congolaise first announced back in June of 2020 that a national selection would take place to select the song for Lous and the Yakuza at the Own Africavision Song Contest 2, the format was still unknown at this point as little information was revealed during this announcement.
On 13th June 2020, RTNC announced that 4 songs would be participating in the inaugural selection, where international juries will be able to determine the winner of the selection.
On 10th August 2020, RTNC unveiled the 6 songs that would be competing in the next selection, competing to be the song that KOKOKO! would perform.
The selection then took a one edition hiatus, returning for the fifth edition of OAfSC, with 7 songs with 6 groups of artists, Mizíkí ya Kɔ́ngɔ-Kinsásá na Johannesburg.
The selection took yet another one edition hiatus, returning for the seventh edition of OAfSC, with 6 songs with 6 groups of artists, Mizíkí ya Kɔ́ngɔ-Kinsásá na Madagasikari.
